WHAT IS ENERGY HEALING?
A number of forms of energy have been used for thousands of years in many ancient cultures worldwide. Regardless of the modality used, the purpose of each modality is to restore the natural flow of life-force energy. As the life-force energy is normalized, your body returns to a high energy state that allows it to begin to relax and heal.
Discomfort in our bodies usually occurs as a result of blockages to the natural flow of this life force energy. This generally happens as a result of negative thoughts, or certain feelings, beliefs, or trauma. The whole concept of removing energy blockages is to create a higher frequency in the body because disease and pain cannot exist in a high-frequency environment
WHAT FORMS OF ENERGY DO YOU PRACTISE?
There are many forms of Energy Healing. Although I have studied many modalities, I generally focus on ‘Emotion Code’, ‘Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)’, ‘Breath Work’, and ‘Quantum Healing’. All modalities are non-invasive and gentle.
Quantum Healing can be done at a distance. You can be present, or not, as we are working in the Quantum Field. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), once it is taught to you, can then be done via phone or Skype.
HOW WILL THESE MODALITIES HELP MY PROBLEM?
Each modality helps you deeply connect to the frequencies you are holding in your body which may be surfacing as chronic or acute symptoms. By releasing these lower frequencies, your body creates a natural healing environment.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS DURING A SESSION?

We will first begin with a conversation about what is going on in your life that has led to your booking a session. There is no need to overshare if you are uncomfortable doing so.

I then discuss the energy modality I feel is appropriate for you and then we will begin our session together. You are free to ask any questions at any time as we go through the session.

Upon completion of your session, we will discuss your experience and how you are feeling at the moment. Together, we will go through ways for you to support the new flow of energy in your body, and discuss strategies and coping skills to help you to continue to move forward.
WHAT ARE THE RESULTS I WILL FEEL?

You will feel more relaxed and energized

Pain, discomfort, and other symptoms will be reduced or released

PRECAUTIONS TO TAKE BEFORE THE SESSION
All energy modalities, as discussed above, are non-invasive and gentle. Generally, Energy Healing is a good adjunct to traditional medical treatments. The only precaution is, prior to the start of the session, you must disclose any underlying medical conditions.

PREPARATION FOR YOUR SESSION

Reduce caffeine intake. Eat but don’t overeat. Do not take recreational drugs or alcohol prior to your session. Wear comfortable clothing. In other words, prepare your body to be able to fully relax throughout the session.
